On December 19th a change will be made in respect of the land registry information be provided by Creditinfo –
the detailed list of registered immovables will be replaced by
the number of registered immovables.
The reorganisation will be made due to the amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Justice that entered into force on 1 September 2017 (
data processing centre of land register ), whereby the prices of the services and the pricing logic of the services provided by the Commercial Register will change. The current list of registered immovables will become payable and will begin to depend on the number of registered immovables related to the company or natural person.
In E-Krediidiinfo, the change in the land registry information concerns the detailed view of companies and private persons as well as reports on private persons, where
the detailed list of registered immovables will be replaced by
the number of registered immovables. A link to the e-land register will be added to the detailed view of companies and private persons.
